Privacy policy

This policy covers eneloop.sbs, an independent guide to eneloop and eneloop pro rechargeable batteries, the chargers sold with them, C and D adapters and storage cases.

Visit counts

We keep totals of which pages are opened and when. They tell us, for example, whether the charger table is read more than the guide to adapters. The totals carry no names, and we do not sell or share them.

If you write to us, your message stays with us while the question is open, and your address is used to reply and for nothing else.

Compare list

The models you tick for comparison are remembered in your own browser, on your device. They never reach us, and clearing your browser data clears the list.

After a shopping button

A shopping button opens our retail partner in a new tab, with a code that shows the visit came from us. From that tab on, their privacy policy applies. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site.

Cookies

The site software sets a session cookie and two load-balancer cookies so pages are served from the same place during a visit. There are no advertising cookies here. Cookies set on our retail partner’s site are covered by their policy.

Children

The site is written for adults buying batteries and chargers. We do not knowingly collect anything from children, and there is nothing on the site for a child to fill in.
